We’ve introduced multi-factor authentication to protect your account.

Here at Commander, we take your security seriously and to help protect your account and personal information, we've introduced multi-factor authentication (MFA).

What is MFA?

Multi-factor authentication is a secure process for us to validate you when logging into your Take Command account, or when speaking with our customer service teams to request changes to your service/s that are deemed high risk – such as updating account information or performing a SIM swap.

We will send you a one-time code to the mobile number or email address we have listed on your account.  Once you have confirmed your code, you are ready to go.

What do you need to do?

Make sure the contact information on your account for both the Account Holder and any authorised representatives are up to date. If you need to make changes, the easiest way is in Take Command. Forgotten your login?

Just head to Take Command and follow the instructions to setup your username and password. You can make changes to your email or mobile anytime.
