- Service is delivered via the Optus 4G Plus and 3G mobile networks, subject to availability. 4G Plus and 3G services are not available in all areas. Actual speeds will vary in different network coverage areas. A compatible device is required to access both the 4G Plus and 3G networks. For coverage information, visit Mobile Coverage.
- Both upload and download data is counted towards your Included Data. Excess usage beyond your included value will be charged at $0.02/Mb.
- For BYO plans: All plans are on a month to month agreement. If you choose to bring your own device (BYO) to access the mobile broadband service, the operation of the device, and any repairs to it, is your responsibility. If you choose to connect to the service using your own modem, Commander may not be able to provide you technical support for that particular modem and reserves the right to refer you to the modem manufacturer for technical assistance at your own expense.
- For Modem MRO plans: 24 month contract and Early Termination Charges (ETC) apply. ETC is calculated at 50% of the Monthly Access Fee multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract term, plus any outstanding repayments on the device Monthly Repayment Option (MRO). Total Minimum Cost is calculated over 24 months.
- Monthly Access Fee is charged in advance and is the minimum amount you pay each month, excluding excess data usage. Monthly Access Fees and Included Value are subject to a pro rata calculation in first month of activation and expire at the end of each billing period. International Roaming are not supported on this product. A $20 admin fee applies to downgrade to lower value plans. Upgrades to higher value plans attract no fee.
- Data usage in excess of your plan’s included data allowance will be charged $10 per 1GB block and is applied as Automatic Data Top Ups.
