Our corporate reorganisation and your contract with us

Some (or all) of your Commander products and services may currently be contracted to Vocus Group Limited (ABN 96 084 115 499) (Vocus Group).

Vocus Group has recently undergone a corporate reorganisation. As a result, we will be transferring your Commander products and services from Vocus Group to M2 Commander Pty Ltd (ABN 85 136 950 082) (M2 Commander).

Please note: The following services are not subject to the transfer:

  • Commander Data Centre
  • Cloud or Private IP Network products and services

Will this affect my products and services?

No. There will be no changes to your Commander products and services.

Can I keep using my existing equipment?

Yes. There is no need to change your equipment or how it's configured.

Why is this taking place?

Vocus Group will transfer its rights under contracts with customers signed up to Commander products and services to M2 Commander. This will take effect on or about 18 November 2022.

M2 Commander will be responsible for supplying your services to you. M2 Commander is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vocus Group.

While this sounds complicated, we want to reassure you that there will be no impact on your products and services-it's business as usual at Commander.
