* Note: Any refund amounts you are entitled to will be reduced by any outstanding debts on your account.
If you elect to change providers and cancel your Commander contract, you understand that:
The cancellation of your service will not be disconnected until a Commander representative contacts you to discuss the following:
- Return of any associated hardware (at no cost to you);
- Information regarding connection with your new service provider and porting of any associated phone numbers;
- That connection with a new service provider has been established within the agreed timeframe between yourself and Commander; and
- Refund options and amount available to you.
