1. Included Calls -Standard Local, National & Mobile Calls are calls generated whilst in Australia to numbers within Australia (unless stated otherwise). Charges apply for calls to 13/1300 numbers & international calls - see Critical Information Summary.
2. Advanced Call Routing - Unlimited number of Hunt Groups and Auto Attendents can be setup with no minmum monthly costs.
3.Eligibilty & Minimum Costs - Minimum eligibilty requirement of 3 Seats and 2 Lines per account. Minimum costs are calculated as the monthly access fees of Seats + Lines multiplied by the minimum contract term and may vary depending on the number of lines/ seat types purchased. You can include a mix of different seat types. Minimum costs exclude value add services, Hardware and Term Discounts.
4.Lines - Lines can be aggregated across all seats on your account or setup to allocate a dedicated number of concurent calls for specific user groups. Each voice line can make 1 outbound call and receive 3 incoming calls simultaneously, reducing the risk of missed calls for your business. Monthly charge of $20 per line applies.

A seat is essentially a licence that enables each user to access the features of our Business Connect solution, depending on the seat type or plan they are on.
A line enables inbound and outbound calls for the seat. A separate monthly charge of $20 per line applies.
Business Connect lines have a unique configuration that allows each line to support 4 concurrent calls with a 3:1 ratio. This means each line can receive 3 incoming calls and make 1 outbound call simultaneously, reducing the risk of missed calls for your business.
Lines can also be aggregated to enable total call capacity across all your Business Connect seats or alternatively, ‘user groups’ can be setup to allocate required call capacity to specific teams.
